FAQ’s - Service

1. How do I order water?

Login with your existing username and password or sign up on our website if you do not have an account. You may then order our products by selecting the “Quick order” button or by navigating our products and adding them to your cart. If you still want to order the traditional way, please call us on 21472271 or send an email to drink@aquaniwater.com.

2. If I order water today when will the water arrive?

We usually deliver between 24-48 hours after your order, yet we do recommend you choose a specific day for delivery when placing your order. We do not deliver on Sundays.

3.What happens if I am not at home when you deliver?

We will post a note with the time we tried to deliver your order. In this case the order is then cancelled and you are requested to place a new order.

4. How do I pay you?

We highly recommend you pay online by credit/debit card once you place the order. We also accept internet banking payments via the 24x7 facility of BOV. Bills may also be settled with the delivery man or by sending a cheque addressed to AQUANÌ and posted to NIBE Marketing Ltd., SUB 003X, Industrial Estate, San Gwann. SGN 3000.

5. What do I do if I do not get through to you over the phone?

6. What if I live on the 5th floor in a block of apartments?

We will deliver you water to whichever floor you live in.

7. Can I come and collect the water from somewhere?

You may come to our premises at SUB 003X, Industrial Estate, San Gwann SGN 3000 from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 16:30.

8. It's Saturday and I have no water. What do I do?

If you manage to wake up early and call before 8.00 am we might be able to deliver on Saturday. Don’t be afraid to leave a message on our answering machine if we do not answer during the early morning. We would prefer it if you place your order on Friday to ensure your delivery is made on Saturday.

9.Can I own more than one dispenser at home?

Of course. You may have a dispenser in every room of the house! Please visit our equipment section to see the various models available.

10. Is there a deposit on the bottles?

Yes on each bottle retained at your premises there is a refundable deposit of EUR 9.32.

11. Do I keep any broken bottles?

Yes please. Kindly keep and mark any broken bottle delivered. We will replace this free of charge during our next delivery.

12. How do I clean the dispenser?

Besides the normal cleaning that you may undertake, we recommend that you sanitise your dispenser once a year. Our trained staff will be able to do this in 20 minutes within your premised, with specifically designed and safe cleaning products. The cost for this service is EUR 15.00 per dispenser and additional EUR 5.00 per dispenser found in the same premises and cleaned on the same day and time.
